Yoram Eliyahu Biography

Yoram Eliyahu was born in a small town known as Kirat-Shmona, in a mountainous region of the northern part of Israel. Yoram was raised in a hard-working family of modest income which included four siblings and his parents, where he learned the values of honest work and family first. His home was a traditional and observant one. His father worked in construction and at raising his family right.

Once he attained the age of fourteen, Yoram was sent to board and learn at Bezek High School, which specialized in telecommunications and electronics. Upon graduation, Yoram, ever hungry for learning, studied for another two years, gaining a sub-engineering degree. Upon completing his education, he entered the Israeli army and served his three-year term. It was during his service that he first encountered the Chabad movement, which was to have a significant influence on him throughout his life.

Upon completing his service, Yoram left for America, motivated, and driven to start his life. During an early visit to Brooklyn, he had the pleasure of meeting , Rabbi Lubavitch Menachem Mendel Schneerson, who became an inspiration for him. Over the years, he was involved in various businesses, gaining important practical experiences that became the cornerstone for his future career.

The real estate market particularly fascinated Yoram and he began his career in an entry-level sales position in a real estate firm. His interest and appreciation for the industry led to grow his becoming an independent real estate developer. This path has led him to be the owner and manager of income-producing properties throughout the United States.
